Frequently Asked Questions About working with me

Before you decide...

If you’re curious but unsure where to start, here are the most common pathways clients come in through.

What is it like to work with you?

Working with me is grounded, intuitive, and deeply personal. Sessions are not scripted or one-size-fits-all. I meet you where you are, listen closely, and work with what’s actually present in your body, life, and energy. People often describe sessions as calming, clarifying, and surprisingly practical.

---

Do I need to be spiritual to work with you?

Not at all. You don’t need any spiritual background, belief system, or language. My work meets people exactly where they are. Some clients are very intuitive and spiritually open; others just know something needs to shift and want support that feels real and effective.

---

What kinds of people work with you?

People who are sensitive, thoughtful, overwhelmed, curious, stuck, healing, growing, or simply ready for change. Many clients are caregivers, creatives, parents, professionals, or people who have “tried everything” and want something gentler and more aligned.

---

What issues do people usually come to you for?

Clients come to me for clarity, grounding, emotional regulation, nervous system support, energetic overwhelm, life transitions, grief, creative blocks, relationship patterns, health-related stress, ancestral unpacking, business clarity and a general sense of “something feels off and I want it to settle.”

---

Is this therapy or medical treatment?

No. My work is complementary and supportive, not a replacement for therapy or medical care. What I offer works alongside other forms of support and often helps people feel more regulated, clear, and able to integrate the care they’re already receiving.

---

How do sessions usually feel?

Most people feel calmer, clearer, lighter, and more present. Some feel deeply rested. Others gain insight or a shift in perspective. Occasionally emotions move through, but always in a supported, gentle way. You stay in control the entire time.

---

Will you tell me what to do with my life?

No. I don’t give directives or override your agency. My role is to help you hear yourself more clearly, understand what your system is communicating, and support you in making choices that feel aligned *to you*.

---

Do you work with children or families?

Yes, with care and consent. I often support families, parents, and children in ways that are gentle, respectful, and age-appropriate. The focus is always on safety, regulation, and support—not pressure or fixing.

---

How many sessions do people usually need?

That depends entirely on the person. Some people feel a meaningful shift after one session. Others choose ongoing support. There’s no requirement to commit to a package unless it genuinely feels helpful to you. Depending on your situation and your desired results, that will determine the length of time we work together.

---

What makes your work different from other practitioners?

I combine intuition with grounding, structure, and real-life integration. I’m not interested in creating dependency or complexity. My focus is helping people feel more at home in themselves and more capable in their lives.

---

Is this work intense?

It doesn’t have to be. While the work can go deep, it’s designed to be *integrative*, not overwhelming. We move at the pace your system can actually sustain.

---

What if I don’t know what I need?

That’s completely okay. Many people come in without words for what’s happening. Part of the work is creating enough safety and clarity for that to emerge naturally.

---

Can I work with you remotely?

Yes. Sessions can be done remotely and are just as effective as in-person work. Many clients appreciate the ease and comfort of being in their own space. Most of my sessions are remote and are just as effective as in person sessions.

---

How should I prepare for a session?

You don’t need to prepare anything special. Come as you are. Being honest, curious, and open to listening to yourself is enough.

---

What do people say after working with you?

People often say things like:

* “I feel calmer than I have in a long time.”

* “Something shifted and I can’t explain it, but I feel better.”

* “I finally feel like myself again.”

* “I didn’t realize how much I was holding.”

---

Is this work about fixing me?

No. You’re not broken. This work is about support, alignment, and remembering what already exists within you.

---

How do I know if working with you is right for me?

If you’re drawn to gentle clarity, grounded intuition, and support that respects your autonomy, it’s likely a good fit. Trust your sense of resonance—there’s no pressure.
