About Working with Draya Love

What is SolTech™?

SolTech™ is a focused method designed to identify what’s creating friction in your system and resolve it at the root.

It combines pattern recognition, direct insight, and real-time recalibration so you can move forward with clarity.

What happens in a session?

We go straight to what’s actually causing pressure, confusion, or misalignment.

You’ll gain:

  • Clear insight into what’s going on

  • Understanding of the patterns behind it

  • A recalibrated system so things can move again

This is direct, efficient work—not long processing or guesswork.

Is this coaching or therapy?

No.

This is not traditional coaching or therapy.
It’s focused, results-driven work designed to create clarity and alignment quickly.

How do I know which session to book?

Start with a SolTech™ Activation.

From there, we can determine if deeper work or ongoing support makes sense.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes.

Sessions are available:

  • In-person (San Diego) ( Bay Area)

  • Remote (Zoom)

Both are equally effective.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients experience clarity and shift within the first session.

The depth of change depends on what you’re working through and how you integrate it.

What kind of clients do you work with?

I work primarily with:

  • High-capacity individuals

  • Founders and executives

  • People navigating pressure, burnout, or transition

Do you offer corporate or team work?

Yes.

I work with organizations through:

  • Executive sessions

  • Leadership intensives

  • Team alignment sessions

  • Ongoing advisory

For corporate inquiries, use the contact form.

Is this ongoing or one-time work?

Both.

Some clients come for a single session to reset and move forward.
Others continue through mentorship for deeper or sustained support.

What should I do before my session?

Come ready for direct, honest work.

No preparation needed—just be open and willing to engage.

What if I’m not sure this is for me?

Start with one session.

You’ll know quickly if this work aligns with what you need.
