I used to get my “medicine” in the form of a pill.
from a pharmacy.
Now. my medicine.
it’s free.
So here I am at the beach walking
getting my nightly medicine…
gettin my doses daily.
What I choose to consume...
physically mentally spiritually emotionally.
no borders in between.
my soul knows better.
(she’s much smarter than I am... )
Mostly, what I do with my time.. its my medicine.
Or not.
Good or bad. Like it or not.
It’s on me.
